Can you clear a drain blocked by tree roots?
Yes. We use jet blasters and drain snakes to clear drains blocked by tree roots or faulty grease traps, and a drain camera to see what's actually going on down there.
Does a broken drain always need to be dug up?
Not always. Many damaged pipes can be relined from the inside instead of dug up, which is a durable, mess free and cost effective repair. Where digging is the right answer, we have our own mini excavators.
Do you replace hot water systems?
Yes. We repair and install hot water systems at competitive prices and work with all major brands. Gas hot water can be fixed after hours so you're not left with cold showers.
Can you connect a new gas cooktop or oven?
Yes. Gas appliances must be connected by a qualified gas fitter, and Linken is one. We also do gas repairs.
Do you do excavation work?
Yes. We run 2.7 tonne and 1.5 tonne mini excavators for holes, trenches, grading uneven ground and retaining walls, as well as new drain lines and stormwater. Call for a free quote.
Can I get a water efficiency certificate for my rental?
Yes. Ipswich property investors can pass water usage charges on to tenants once the property is water efficient. We do the inspection and the certificate.
